Constant expansion over the past years has made it too difficult for everything to be managed by a single entity. The Sherborne Group now consists of two subdivisions Sherborne Guest House and Sherborne Apartments.
Sherborne Guest House is a small private hotel, which offers Deluxe class apartments only. All of its apartments are part of a single building, dating back to the beginning of the last century, and located in one of the central parts of Kiev.
Sherborne Apartments, as the name suggests, also offers apartments for daily rent both Deluxe and the more economic Standard apartments. While located in the same area, its apartments are spread around several buildings, all of which share the street with our central office, where registration takes place both for Sherborne Hotel and Sherborne Apartments.
The office at the Guest House is the headquarters of our Customer Service. It is there to help you during your stay with us and is open 24 hours a day.

We are always very busy, because our services are very popular among the customers, to the point where all apartments are booked up to a month in advance. We thus advise that you make your order as soon as you have your travel arrangements sorted. You can do so either using our online reservation form, email, telephone or fax. Please specify the type of the apartment you wish to book, the exact dates of your stay and your arrival details if you want one of our drivers to collect you from the airport or the train station. You will also need to secure your reservation with a valid credit card, to which an amount equivalent to three night's stay at your respective apartment will be charged should you fail to arrive on the day your reservation is due to begin or cancel your reservation according to conditions set out in our Cancellation Policy.
